Frequently asked questions.

Do you know where your first life on earth was?

Yes, my first life on earth was in Atlantis and it was the first time I had been disconnected from the source. In that life, everything was pure, much like how one would imagine life was like for Adam and Eve. However, once the sinning started, things changed. In my case it was that others became jealous of me. I was shown that before I was born, I had chosen to experience jealousy, in order to heal humanity. Subsequent incarnations of me had also experienced the jealousy, resulting in many of my previous lives’ deaths over the centuries.

One of my soul purposes in this life was to be free from the fear these deaths had caused, and learn to stand in my power, regardless of what came my way.

How can you be sure that the memories you say you have, are memories of former lives and not just results of a fanciful imagination?

At the beginning, as I first started getting information, I actually asked myself that same question. Can this be real? Is this really happening but what I found over the years was how every piece of the jigsaw fitted so perfectly together, how when I was given one bit of information one year, that that same piece of information never changed. I realised that the fears I carried in this life came from the past, that the patterns I had in my former lives matched the patterns in my current life and the energies generated when I was healing a former life couldn’t have originated in my current life. When a veil was lifted last year, I was given even more information about my former lives and had many of my questions answered. I saw how each incarnation has been working towards the soul’s wholeness.

How do you know that the patterns you say come from your past, haven’t just come from the genetic line?

In The Collective Us I explore this question. I believe that we each choose our parents, times and places of birth in order to work on the issues our soul needs for completeness. Many of the issues our soul needs to work on will be the same issues that are in the genetic line and by healing one we are automatically healing the other. However, some issues are from our soul past only. In my case, I experienced many deaths at the hands of Christians because of my spiritual beliefs and I have had a huge fear exposing my spiritual side in this life, because of this. My parents were Christian and took me to church regularly. Those fears were not in my genetic line, rather my soul past. I have seen this kind of example repeated frequently.

How can I heal my past if I don’t get any past life images or know anything about my other lives?

As ironic as it sounds, no one needs past life information, for we get everything we need to work on as a soul in our current life. Our beliefs are usually so strong that we get our first experiences of issues we need to work on from the past, in childhood. If we heal our childhood issues, we will automatically be healing our pasts.

You talk about forgiveness as an important tool in our soul’s evolution. Why is this?

I have had many deaths where I died as a bitter and angry person. It is those deaths that I have had to do a tremendous amount of work on in this life. In other lives, where I was relatively happy, I have not needed to do any work. I have been shown that it is the lack of forgiveness of both self and others that is the reason I have repeated a pattern or a particular incident in this life. Forgiveness sets us free.

How does karma fit into all of this?

I was shown a scene once, soon after one of my passings. In the scene, I saw Jesus. He was holding such a space of love that I was able to see my own shortcomings from that life. There was no judgement from God or any one else. The only judgement came from myself, as in that space of love I was able to clearly see how I had behaved.

I believe experiencing a life where we receive, for example, what we did to another, is necessary if we are unable to see how we behaved and forgive ourselves or the other person. However, if we are able to forgive, then a life to experience that aspect may not be necessary. I don’t see karma as a punishment, rather a learning opportunity.

How do I find a past life of mine?

There are plenty of meditations on YouTube, which, if you are a visual person, work well. I have generally found that I get one piece of information at a time. I can usually work out time and gender from the clothes I am wearing and I usually have a knowing as to what country I am in.

I have only just started doing YouTube meditations myself. My first past life encounter was at a spiritual development group and the subsequent ones were from working on my issues from this life and being taken earlier than the childhood instant of a particular issue into a past life.

There are also past life therapists around willing to help.

I have always been weary when I have had readings from people saying I was such and such in a past life or from people who proclaim to have been someone famous. I have found that in my lives, I was generally very ordinary people.

You say no one needs past lives, so why have you been given so many?

I have also wondered that but when I was given my soul purpose: To write so that others may understand, I figured that I have been given all this information so that I can share it. It does not matter if we have been someone important or not, what matters is that we can forgive others and we can forgive and subsequently heal ourselves. As I have already stated on this website, I am hoping that by sharing my story, others will see the importance of healing in their own lives.

Do you believe your guides are the people you were in your former lives?

Yes, I talk about that in Who Is Me? Each of the people we once were want to heal the aspects of their lives that they didn’t heal in their own incarnations so they are there, guiding us, helping us to make better choices than they made. And I am sure that sometimes they steer us towards a certain situation in order to do this.

However, I do from time to time, see the people that I refer to as members of the council. These men seem to be the caretakers of my life, ensuring that I experience this or that situation, things that I have set out to achieve in this life before I was born. These men are not people I have been before.
